Abstract |
Puget Sound is a complex and productive estuary with a great diversity of resources. The realization of all its potential may be difficult because of inherent conflicts and competition between multiple uses. Government agencies are responsible for regulating both resources and uses. Much of this regulation overlaps between agencies. This study investigates five decision-making processes that affect water quality in Puget Sound. |
