Abstract |
Potential biological impacts which may result from the effects of changes in flows and salinities were investigated. The study was conducted in two phases: Phase I consisted of assessment of streamflow and salinity whereas Phase II consisted of assessment of biological impact. The objectives of the study were to: develop methods for the ecological assessment of salinity changes in the Manatee River, and apply the methods to salinities predicted under different watershed development scenarios. |
