Abstract |
The disposal of sludges from municipal wastewater treatment facilities can account for up to 50 percent of the total treatment cost. The presentation briefly discusses some alternative methods for the stabilization, dewatering, and ultimate disposal of the sludges. Costs are also discussed. |
