Abstract |
The report outlines five procedures used to evaluate oxygen transfer under process conditions. Steady and nonsteady state analyses, radioactive and nonradioactive tracer techniques, and off gas methods are evaluated in side by side comparisons at six municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants employing both diffused and mechanical aeration.
