Abstract |
This report includes fifteen papers, on topics related to the development and application of computer-based mathematical models for water quantity and quality management, presented at the semi-annual meeting of the Joint U.S.-Canadian Stormwater Management Model (SWMM) Users Group, held 10-11 January 1980 in Gainesville, Florida. Topics covered include a description of two urban runoff models, an examination of runoff quality algorithms in the SWMM, a discussion of improvements to the Extended Transport (EXTRAN) portion of the SWMM, applications of several urban drainage models in planning, analysis and design, and a comparison of the Rational Method and the SWMM. |
