Abstract |
The Monsanto Research Corporation reviewed the work performed by Exxon Research and Engineering under Environmental Protection Agency Contract No. 68-03-0497 and advised EPA on technical matters related to that contract. Based on this review of control technology for sulfuric acid emissions, the most promising way to control such emissions is to employ low exhaust oxygen levels. This control technique should be investigated further. |
