Jacksonville Electric Authority and Florida Power and Light Company propose to jointly construct and operate a New Source 1,200 megawatt coal-fired steam electric generating station known as the St. Johns River Power Park on a 1,656 acre site in northern Duval County, Florida. This document assesses the proposed project and alternatives with respect to impacts on the natural and man-made environments. |
