| Abstract |
Standards of performance to control emissions of volatile organic compounds from flexible vinyl and urethane coating and printing operations are being promulgated under the Authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. These standards apply to flexible vinyl and urethane printing lines for which construction, modification, or reconstruction began on or after January 18, 1983. This document contains a summary of public comments, EPA responses, and a discussion of differences between the proposed and promulgated standards of performance. |
