A survey of the Wastewater Treatment Facilities at Mather AFB, CA was performed. Sources of industrial and domestic wastes were reviewed. Treatment facility performance and effluent characteristics were determined. Recommendations to improve the treatment of wastewater and to eliminate untreated discharges are presented. Performance specifications applicable to the wastewater treatment facility are provided. |
