Abstract |
The final rule for the land Disposal Restrictions of F001-F005 Spent Solvent Wastes establishes technology-based treatment standards representative of Best Demonstrated Available Technology (BDAT). The technical support for these treatment standard is provided in the background document. The BDAT Background Document for F001-F005 Spent Solvents consists of three volumes. The second volume consists of Section 5 which details the development of the treatment standards including presentation and statistical analysis of the data. |
