The decision document presents the selected remedial action for the PAB Oil and Chemical Services, Inc. Site (hereinafter PAB Oil site or the site), in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. The site is being handled as one operable unit. The principal concerns to be addressed at the site are from contaminated sludges, soil and sediments, surface water, and to a lessor extent, ground water. |
