Abstract The decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Dutchtown Oil Treatment Site (hereinafter 'Dutchtown' or the 'site'), in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. The ROD addresses the contamination in the ground water at the site by natural attenuation. The goal of the remedial action selected in the ROD is to prevent the migration of contaminants from the shallow contaminated aquifer to the deeper drinking water aquifer.
