The module addresses both the Brownfield Initiative and Environmental Justice Strategy separately. The module: explains what the Brownfields Action Agenda is and its goals; explains the purpose of the Brownfields Economic Redevelopment Initiative, the authority for it, and how the grants are used; and explains what environmental justice is and why it is importnat for EPA to address under the Brownfields Initiative, as well as throughout the Agency. |
