Abstract |
Equilibrium global vegetation models have clearly demonstrated that global climate change could significantly affect the distribution of biomes across the globe. This paper reports on the analysis which provides data to evaluate dynamic models of tree species migration currently under development. This data-model comparison will further enhance our ability to simulate future vegetation change and the extent to which tree taxa will be able to migrate in response to a changing climate. |
