Abstract | As part of the areawide water quality management planning program in the Dallas/Fort Worth region during 1977-78, an analysis is being made of the present management authorities of local governments and water districts in comparison to the requirements of federal law (P.L. 92-500, Section 208(c)(2)). This draft report examines the federal requirements, applicable state policies, and the current waste treatment management and regulatory structure in North Central Texas. |
