Abstract |
Current concern about environmental conditions has focused renewed attention on land application as a waste management technique. The report combines selected abstracts from previous publications and updates the sources abstracted into the year 1973. The 568 abstracts selected for inclusion are arrayed in chronological groupings and are identified as to emphasis on effluent or sludge. An author index and a subject matter (descriptor term) index facilitate reference to specific abstracts or to abstracts addressing narrower subject matter areas. Countries, states, and, in some cases, actual project locations are included in the subject matter index as geographic locators. |
