Abstract |
The National Acid Deposition Network/National Trends Network (NADP/NTN) consists of 200 wet deposition monitoring stations in the United States. Sufficient data has been collected to enable statistical analyses to be performed to determine if the site placement and numbers of sites are adequate to estimate temporal and spatial trends. Analysis of data from existing sites, assuming some sites were not present, and assuming additional sites were present were performed. Results showed that addition of new sites would not significantly increase the accuracy of concentration isopleths. |
