Abstract |
The report is the compilation of data gathered by EPA in response to the U.S. Japan Fishery Agreement Approval Act of 1987. The focus of the report is plastic wastes in the municipal solid waste stream; the amount of such waste; its impact on human health, the environment, and management of the MSW stream (post-consumer plastic waste); and options for reducing these impacts (recycling). |
