Abstract |
Stormwater management planning, regulatory, and maintenance programs in five local jurisdictions in Southeast Michigan are described and compared with each other. A description of effective local stormwater management programs directed toward stormwater quality and quantity control provides a basis for the assessment. Case study reports are presented to assist local governments with program development efforts. |
