Abstract
The bibliography contains 201 abstracts with full citation details for selected reports, journal articles, and various documents dealing with the soil nitrogen cycle published mostly since 1965. A majority of the documents are concerned with nitrogen in the soil as a water pollutant from such sources as surface water runoff, farm wastes, etc. A comprehensive index is given that represents all the descriptors and identifiers uded to index the various papers and documents represented by the abstracts in the bibliography. The abstracts are arranged in ascending WRSIC Accession Number sequence. (Author)
