| Abstract |
The overall objective of the manual is to provide guidance in the proper operation and maintenance of various sludge processing, conditioning and disposal systems at wastewater treatment plants. Emphasis is placed on the establishment of good operational procedures, proper testing, and effective measures and procedures for detection and correction of operational problems. |
