Abstract | The report is an evaluation of the conclusions and recommendations of the report made by the Council on Environmental Quality entitled Interceptor Sewers and Suburban Sprawl. The study group (EPA) concluded that CEQ conclusions are open to question in some areas. In others, such as public participation, it concludes that EPA should go along with the CEQ report. |
