Abstract
The first section of this report describes: (1) the important physical features of the Parkington test watershed and the two Central Business Districts (CBD) test watersheds in Washington, D.C.; (2) the characteristics of the monitoring period at each site; (3) the monitoring and analytical procedures employed for the Parkington CBD and the Washington, D.C. CBD watersheds. The final section recommends nonpoint pollution loading factors for planning studies of suburban and downtown CBD's.
