This guide was issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the use of personnel who inspect the day-to-day construction of municipal wastewater treatment facilities. It is intended to assist construction inspectors in examining the detailed construction of the structural, mechanical, and electrical features of a modern facility.
