Abstract |
Many people worked long and hard to plan, fund, design and build the facilities that treat your town's wastewater. How well is the system working today. Is your treatment plant: Meeting permits limits; Economically and efficiently operated; Conscientiously maintained; Properly and capably staffed. In short, are these facilities being operated and maintained in a manner that protects the considerable investment taxpayers have made in environmental quality. Even more important to local taxpayers are the day-to-day costs of operating and maintaining the wastewater facilities built with these funds. |
