| Abstract |
A system has been developed for the rapid identification of volatile organic water pollutants. It involves gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with computerized matching of mass spectra. Application of this system to the analysis of waste effluents revealed a significant number of pollutants that were not previously known to be present. (Author) |
