| Abstract |
In order to promote sound management of waste in Florida and in other states, the Legal Environmental Assistance Foundation (LEAF) undertook a three-part project to discuss solutions to hazardous waste management problems. The first part of the project involved the development of a model hazardous waste collection and transfer system in Florida. The second part of the project involved a conference held for the purpose of developing cooperative solutions for hazardous waste problems. The final part of the project involved a conference for promoting a comprehensive approach to solving Florida's waste problem.
