Abstract |
This workshop was held on March 29, 1975 at the USEPA Office, Edison, New Jersey. The aim was to exchange information obtained from USEPA Office of Research and Development, Storm and Combined Sewer Program sponsored projects so as to foster a better understanding of microorganisms in urban storm runoff and combined sewer overflow. The workshop emphasis was placed on the following aspects: Procedures for pathogenic microorganism assays; relationship between pathogenic and coliform group microorganisms; disinfection and aftergrowth of microorganisms; and viruses in stormwater. |
