| Abstract |
The study involved the combining of selected control techniques for different fugitive dust sources into comprehensive control strategies, and the testing of alternative strategies in attempting to demonstrate achievement of air quality standards in each air quality control region. Predicted reductions in emissions from use of control techniques were compared with reductions in ambient particulate concentrations necessary to reach the standards. The procedures and results of this control strategy testing are presented in this report. In addition, a series of example regulations for the control of various fugitive dust sources are included. |
