Objective:
The objective of the research in Project 3 is to characterize the chemical properties of air pollutants that relate to their effects on cells and on intact organisms. By relating these chemical properties to biological effects, simple chemical assays can be used to predict the potential hazards of air pollutants.Progress Summary:
