Abstract |
This Environmental Assessment evaluates alternative methods of disposing of seafood processing wastes produced at Akutan Harbor, Alaska. It evaluates the impacts of these alternatives on water quality, harbor sediments, benthos, biology, beneficial uses of the harbor, the village of Akutan, and the seafood processing industry. The sheltered harbor at Akutan, an island in the Aleutian chain of Alaska, offers protected waters for processing ships. |
