Abstract |
The directive discusses an agreement, between EPA and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), that describes major responsibilities of both agencies. It also outlines areas of mutual support and cooperation relating to relocation activities associated with response actions pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980; Executive Order 12316; and the National Oil and Hazardous Substance Pollution Contingency Plan, 40 CFR Part 300. |
