Abstract |
The work was performed under a joint NBS/EPA research program to develop state-of-the-art protocols for the sampling, storage, and analysis of biological and environmental-type matrices. This report summarizes the procedures used in the initial phase of a pilot program for determining the feasibility of the National Environmental Specimen Bank. A Special clean laboratory/storage facility has been completed for use in this program. Detailed protocols for sampling, storage, and analysis of human liver samples are described. |
