| Abstract |
The purpose of the report is to provide a single document which can be utilized, on a comparative basis, to develop preliminary selections of appropriate wastewater treatment schemes for a municipality. The format of the text allows the reader to compare various treatment strategies on an energy, environmental, or economic basis and to develop cost figures which may better reflect a particular local situation. |
