A primary purpose of the report is to provide an information base for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Quality Engineering (DEQE) which will constitute the initial basis for the review and possible revision of the limits currently regulating the marketing, distribution and use of wastewater sludge compost. However, other New England states, as well as other states in the Northeast and other parts of the U.S., should find the information valuable. |
