| Abstract |
The report incorporates the results of an investigation to develop computational procedures for determining least-cost water supply and wastewater disposal systems for metropolitan areas. Special attention was given to seawater distillation and wastewater renovation in such determinations. The feasibility of the computational procedure (a mathematical model) was tested by application to a hypothetical coastal city. |
