Abstract |
In 1990, the EPA asked the National Research Council to evaluate the Health Effects Institute's first decade. In 1991, the NRC established the Committee to Review the Structure and Performance of the Health Effects Institute to review the concept, mission, management, and performance of HEI and how well it has contributed to a better understanding of the human health effects of exposure to motor vehicle emissions. The report covers the results of the study. |
