The volume presents the standard procedures for preparing letters, memoranda, envelopes, telegrams, facsimiles, and electronic mail. Sections 1 and 2 cover general letters; specific forms of controlled correspondence are covered in Sections 3-6. The volume contains guidelines to help the writer produce a letter that meets Agency standards and is consistent with established Office of Waste Programs Enforcemet (OWPE) requirements. |
