| Abstract |
The objective of this assay is to evaluate the potential of the test substance to damage DNA. Repair of damaged DNA is indicated by incorporation of radioactive precursor in cells which are not normally synthesizing DNA. This process is termed Unscheduled DNA Synthesis (UDS) . |
