| Abstract |
The purpose of the document is to guide enforcement officials in developing administrative orders to address Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) ground water monitoring violations at interim status land disposal facilities. The document's primary objective is to promote the development of orders that correct interim status violations in a manner that is consistent with the needs of the RCRA permitting process.
