| Abstract |
The submission presents summarized final results from a number of in vitro and in vivo mutagenicity assays of Color Index Disperse Blue 7 Dye (CAS No. 3179-90-6). The submitter reports that although the results from several in vitro tests indicate that this material can induce point mutations, the results from in vivo testing indicate that it does not produce chromosomal aberrations. |
