| Abstract |
The research described in the report is part of a three-year project. The final data will be collected on the fruit harvested in the spring of 1993. By the conclusion of the project, all treatments will have been examined twice. Although the authors believe that it is worthwhile to make tentative conclusions at this time to help focus the remaining research on key questions and issues, they feel strongly that as soon as their experiments are completed and the results thoroughly examined, the regulatory process for new pesticides should be reexamined. This should occur no later than 1993. |
