Abstract |
As part of a sequence of studies utilizing optimization and simulation techniques to analyze a variety of metropolitan water resource problems, the study was concerned with the efficient operation of existing reservoir systems subjected to both serially and cross correlated random inflows. This study examined the multi-purpose use of single and two reservoir in series systems. Both analytical and computational results are discussed. (WRSIC abstract) |
