Abstract | The purpose of this handbook is to provide a resource to assist new and veteran Tribal Response Program (TRP) grant managers in their roles as grant administrators and environmental specialists. It is intended to help individuals better understand the world of brownfields, develop their programs, and coordinate with both the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The State & Tribal Response Program (STRP) grant program covers a lot of ground, and it can be difficult to keep track of the many different tasks and requirements associated with this grant. |
