Abstract |
This report evaluates the energy, economic, and environmental implications of selected controversial federal environmental regulations--offshore oil and gas production; automobile emissions; thermal water pollution; sulfur dioxide emissions from electric power plants; as low as practicable radioactive emissions; surface coal mining and the National Environmental Policy Act; and prevention of significant deterioration of air quality. |
