Abstract | In 1991, EPA published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to consider changes to the regulations governing the allowable levels of radionuclides in drinking water. The agency recently published a Notice of Data Availabilty (NODA) to publicize new information on the impact of the proposed 1991 changes. This document discusses the occurrence, health effects, analytical methods and treatment option for radionuclides in drinking water. |
