Abstract |
This decision document (Record of Decision), presents the selected interim action for Operable Unit 2 of the Zellwood Ground Water Contamination Superfund Site, Zellwood, Orange County, Florida. This interim action addresses ground water contamination at the Site and calls for the implementation of response measures which will protect human health and the environment. In addition this action addresses sediment in an onsite percolation pond which is a potential threat to ground water contamination but was not remediated in OU1. The selected remedy includes extraction of contaminated ground water treatment as determined during the design to be necessary, and discharge of ground water in a manner compatible with the treatment process. |
