Abstract |
The addendum provides an update on the funding of the Indian Set-Aside (ISA) Program since its inception in 1987 and identifies changes in the guidance document on how to participate in the program. The primary change is EPA's use of the Indian Health Service (IHS) Sanitary Deficiency System (SDS) for determining priorities and selecting projects for wastewater construction funding. Specific procedural changes are outlined in Section B of this addendum and supersedes previous instructions. EPA and IHS continue to work in partnership to ensure effective implementation of the set-aside program. |
