Abstract |
This report analyzes the economic and financial impacts projected to result from a national emission standard for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for the control of hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emissions from off-site waste operations that are major sources under Section 112 of the Clean Air Act (the Act) as amended in 1990. The rulemaking specifically addresses organic HAP emissions from OWR facilities that receive waste from off site. |
