Abstract |
EPA is giving notice that it is considering revisions to the regulation that sets forth EPA's process for initiating the withdrawal of a State's primary enforcement responsibility (primacy) for the Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) program under the Safe Drinking Water Act. The revisions would clarify language in the regulation to eliminate confusion about the Agency's primary withdrawal policy. |
